Hunter's Former Colleague Nominated By President Biden

(NationRise.com) – A former legal colleague of Hunter Biden’s was recently appointed as special counsel by President Joe Biden.

Hampton Dellinger, who Biden previously appointed as the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Policy assistant attorney general, has been appointed to replace Trump appointee Henry Kerner. Dellinger ended his tenure as assistant attorney general in June.

Dellinger and Hunter Biden were both previously employed by Boies Schiller Flexner, a law firm that sparked controversy after partnering with Burisma Holdings, an energy provider in Ukraine. The firm is known for making significant contributions to Democrat candidates. Hunter Biden also served as a board member for Burisma Holdings and has faced considerable scrutiny for his dealings.

Both Joe and Hunter Biden have faced scrutiny for Hunter’s tenure at Burisma Holdings after evidence of bribery surfaced from his leaked emails. Hunter also allegedly used his political influence to persuade the White House to end Ukrainian investigations of Burisma’s dealings.

The firm and its founders were believed to have embezzled government money. Thirteen audits were being levied against Burisma. That occurred around the same time that Trump tried to persuade the Ukrainian government to investigate the Biden Family’s dealings.

Both men were also members of the law firm’s Crisis Management and Government Response team. They also participated in private meetings with other employees. Leaked emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop confirmed the two have been acquainted for several years.

The two also discussed how they could use crises to expand their operations. They eventually decided to meet with members of the team, which would lead to their own memberships.

Dellinger, who previously donated the legal limit of $ 1,500 to President Biden’s campaign, will be appointed as special counsel to the office tasked with enforcing the Hatch Act and protecting whistleblowers. It is a separate office from the one managing the case of Biden poorly storing classified documents.
