(NationRise.com) – It’s one big bombshell after another lately. After President Joe Biden (or someone working on his behalf) announced on Sunday that he would no longer seek his party’s nomination for president, the president’s youngest brother spoke out about his health and “vitality.”
On Sunday, Frank Biden offered his thoughts to CBS and ABC News, describing how his brother’s health was almost certainly one of the primary reasons why he decided to step out of the race. Biden said that he was “selfishly” pleased to know that he had his brother back and would be able to enjoy whatever time they had left together. While the comments were dressed up as kind words from a family member, they actually confirmed what Trump supporters have been saying all along.
Team Trump has claimed for months that Biden wasn’t mentally and physically up for the job. Trump voters knew it. Republican-leaning media knew it. But the Democrats said Biden was fine, Harris covered up for him, and the media pretended they didn’t notice, too. Now, all of a sudden, they too have decided Biden isn’t fit for the job.
Curious.
During the interviews, Frank Biden also let it slip that Biden’s decision – or perhaps the decision of the DNC – is rooted in the need to beat the “genuine threat to our nation in the form of Donald Trump.” So not only did he seemingly admit that his brother’s cognitive abilities are declining, but he also revealed how the Democrats simply don’t believe he could beat Trump for a second time.
Isn’t that an implicit admission that President Joe Biden’s last four years in office haven’t exactly been great for the American people? If they were, then Biden could easily beat Trump.
CBS and ABC gladly accepted Frank Biden’s comments, but it seems that his admission that his brother isn’t exactly up to the job angered other members of his family. A Biden family source reportedly told CBS that everything he said in the interview was “completely untrue” and even accused Frank Biden of “suffering from alcoholism” and not having spoken to his brother for several weeks.
It looks like this whole ordeal could become one huge presidential soap opera.
